Once I have submitted a registration form, how long will it take to be approved?
Standard requests with complete and accurate information are approved within three business days.

Why doesn't my password work?
Passwords are case-sensitive (i.e., "PASSWORD," "PaSsWoRd," and "password" are not equivalent). As such, verify that the CAPS LOCK is not engaged.

What if I forget my password?
Go to the reset password utility. You will be asked to provide the answer to the reminder question you provided at registration.

What if I forget my reminder question's answer?
If you do not remember the answer to your reminder question, please email the system administrator using the website inquiry form.

What if my account is locked?
If your account is locked, please email the system administrator using the website inquiry form. Your account may be locked because of inactivity or numerous wrong password attempts.

How do I change my password?
First, you will be required to login into your account. Once you are logged in, go to "My Account" (link from the top toolbar) and click on the change password link.

What is the password expiration policy?
Passwords expire after 90 calendar days, at which point you will be prompted to change your password. After 90 calendar days of inactivity, your account will be disabled and will need to be reinstated. Contact us for assistance using the website inquiry form.

What is the idle time-out policy?
The idle time-out policy is 30 minutes. If you are timed out, you will be asked to login again when you try to access any password-protected page. Once you login again, you will go directly to the page you were trying to access.

Does EMDiesels.com use cookies?
In order to access the password-protected areas of EMDiesels.com, your browser needs to have cookies enabled (i.e., accept all cookies). A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser so that we may remember you have already logged in.
